Tempest was founded by Mr. Preslav Panayotov – a financial professional with extensive experience in the United States, the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe. Prior to founding Tempest, Mr. Panayotov was an investment manager with Ethemba Capital, a private equity fund based in London. Mr. Panayotov started his career at Bear Stearns, San Francisco where over the course of a five year period he advised hedge funds, financial institutions and HNW individuals on a wide range of structured portfolio solutions and investment strategies. Mr. Panayotov has also worked in the Real Estate Finance Group of Credit Suisse in London.

Mr. Panayotov holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and Master of Science degree in Finance from London Business School.
